How to setup a new computer on Windows 11 WITHOUT a Microsoft account.

Start the computer and complete setup until you see a license screen.

When you see the license agreement screen press SHIFT-F10 on the keyboard to bring up the command prompt.

Type IPCONFIG /RELEASE

You can now accept the license agreement and continue with the setup and create a local account.
